Last Friday, Kwajen International School was buzzing with excitement as students, staff, and parents gathered for the much-anticipated annual Sports Day. The event was filled with high energy, healthy competition, and a strong sense of school spirit.
The day kicked off with a colorful parade, as students proudly represented their houses: Archimedes (Yellow), Newton (Blue), Shakespeare (Green), and Babbage (Red). The atmosphere was electric as cheers and chants echoed across the school grounds. Track and field events, including sprints, relays, and long jump, saw fierce competition, with students showcasing their athletic skills and determination.
Parents also got in on the action, cheering the young athletes, which had the athletes push harder to all be competitive to their oppositions. By the end of the day, it was the Blue Sharks who claimed victory, lifting the coveted Sports Trophy.
It wasn’t just about winning, though—the event highlighted teamwork, perseverance, and the joy of participation. A huge thanks to the organizers, teachers, and volunteers who made the day such a memorable one!
